Kate grew up in Massachusetts where her dad owned IGA (grocery stores); she went into retail after college and had stints in various roles in HR eventually leading her back to Bed, Bath & Beyond in Maine. When she’s not running the show at Maggie Mae’s you can find her cheering on her 3 kids, gardening, or enjoying the natural beauty of Maine.
John, has spent more than 30 years as a teaching, corporate, and executive chef before entering the world of finance for a brief spell. When he moved to Maine, he opened Dutch Door Kitchen, and eventually they decided to go for it and open Maggie Mae’s.
