Maggie Mae’s provides food that you feel good about eating because it is food made with love, heart and quality ingredients. They use environmentally friendly packaging. Their grab n go allows customers to come and get a meal without spending lots of time. They offer take out, eat in and meals to take home and heat up. Kate grew up in Massachusetts where her dad owned IGA (grocery stores); she went into retail after college and had stints in various roles in HR eventually leading her back to Bed, Bath & Beyond in Maine. When she’s not running the show at Maggie Mae’s you can find her cheering on her 3 kids, gardening, or enjoying the natural beauty of Maine.John, has spent more than 30 years as a teaching, corporate, and executive chef before entering the world of finance for a brief spell. When he moved to Maine, he opened Dutch Door Kitchen, and eventually they decided to go for it and open Maggie Mae’s.
